We are a family business that offers premium quality dog houses that are handmade with meticulous planning, care, and love for our four-legged friends.
A couple of years ago, when our daughter got her companion/assistance dog due to her Autism/ADHD, we noticed that there were no good dog houses that met our requirements for what constitutes a good dog house. So, without further ado, we had to build our own, which means shelters that are windproof, insulated in the floor, walls, and roof without thermal bridges, and with a well-protected entrance from the wind and weather.
Additionally, it features an openable roof for easy access for cleaning, etc…
On the drawing board, it has been in AutoCAD for a year, being redesigned and reworked until it became a well-thought-out and well-planned model for its purpose. The insulation material is the same as used in caravans and motorhomes.
The WT-KOJAN comes from Wira and Thea. Our daughter Thea and her dog Wira. The image on the sign attached to each dog house is Thea’s foot and Wira’s paw that Thea made one summer on a beach.
All design, drawings, construction, and actual building of the dog houses are carried out and planned by individuals with autism.
